Secret to Perfect Ramen: Moo (Radish)

What’s the secret to perfect ramen? Well, it’s in the soup, of course. Here’s a quick recipe for the best tasting ramen!
Get a giant radish (무우), cut into thin slices and boil in water before placing any other ingredients.
Then, add the ramen noodles and other ingredients (which can include red pepper and scallions).
It’s your choice to leave in or take out the slices of radish.
Add the slices of red pepper for color and flavor or add slices of hot green cheongyang-gochu for kick! Add scallions last and be sure not to overcook them.
