Step 1.  Cook strips of samgyeopsal in pan, while draining excess fat.   Step 2.  Add red wine to cover each strip.  Sprinkle white sugar.  Saute and reduce.   Step 3.  Roll strips around veggies and other niblets, skewer, and reheat in an oven at 325-degrees.   Step 4.  Use the remaining grease to make a sauce of diced kimchi and veggies in more red wine.  Add a touch of sugar to add sweetness, and reduce.    Bon apetit!
