Jobs | Foreign Girls, Work With Hooters
Via ROK Drop and Brian in Jeollanam-do: Hooters of Korea, the chain of American fast food establishments that sells wings, burgers, and “girl-next-door” appeal (in orange hot pants, no less) are now looking to fill out their staff with foreign women.
This means that customers, mostly salarymen out on a PG night and foreign guys who still wear baseball caps backwards, can expect to see a variety of women in all their look-but-don’t-touch, flirt-but-chew-first glory.
Of course, the discussion centers around the visa thing. Would this even work? What if hagwon students find out their hot teacher serves beers and burgers (i.e. T & A) to ogling customers? Any thoughts on that one? Or, are we going to see more Russian servers asking whether my burger is okay, ya?
As long as it’s not this kind of change, most customers welcome it.
